1273 Hikers Trail, Bowen Island

First time on the market! Secluded, but five minutes from the Cove, this magical home and property is loaded with features and flowers. Once a 12 acre piece, a significant portion was recently donated to the Islands Trust as a Nature Reserve. This left 4.3 acres with a gorgeous 2,670 sq. ft. home, highlighted by English style gardens, creeks, patios, decks and an in-ground pool. The home features two separated master suites, two offices, three flex areas and an open living/dining and kitchen area that flows out to the south-facing sundecks. So much to do: bocce, badminton, croquet, basketball, take a cooling dip, enjoy a nature walk, or simply choose one of the many sitting areas for relaxing in total privacy, with just the sounds of nature and a babbling creek.
